As your Integrative Nutrition Health & Wellbeing Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve your health goals. It is unwise to ignore your health. Most approaches to nutrition dwell on counting calories, carbohydrates, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. When you change what and how you eat and live, then everything else will change too. Simple changes in your lifestyle and food choices can increase your wellbeing, quality of life and longevity and allow you to STRESS LESS and SLEEP DEEP. The right kind of food and lifestyle choices are like the right kind of fuel for your body and mind. You will receive support, tricks of the trade, and how to no longer feel overwhelmed as you plan out your goals to make the lasting changes you need to. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.
Where do I work?
My services include working with people through one-to-one health coaching both in person and online via Zoom (UK, Canada, Australia, USA). Remote coaching means you do not have to rush to appointments across town; instead you are able to sit in the comfort of your own home or at work.
I also work in person at Core Wellbeing clinic in Mobberley, near to Knutsford, Alderley Edge and Wilmslow, in Cheshire, England. In the good weather season we can get outside in nature as I also offer Walk & Talk coaching.
